WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All fishes are guaranteed to be alive upon arrival within 2 days timeframe.

We do not guaranteed if there is any further delay from carriers.

❗DOA Rules Apply: Due to the sensitivity of live fishes, if your ordered fishes arrived dead or seriously damaged, please take "clear photos" of them in the original bag without TEARING it and send it to me within 2 hours upon arrival.

WE WON'T accept DOA's or Asking for REFUND at any cases for over this period of time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We Ship UPS 2 Days Air Only

Handing time : 1 day

To prevent weekend delay, we ship all orders on Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday. If you place order later after Wednesday, we will ship your order on next Monday.

Exception: We do ship out on Thursday if the shipping address is on California.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We only ship in U.S. domestic at the moment.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All payments are processed via PayPal/Vemo. We don't collect any customer's payment information.

HOW DO YOU SAVE MY DATA?

We only collect your basic customer information such as name, address, email, phone number for communicating and processing your order.
