Shipping Policy
We Ship UPS 2 Days Air Only
Handing time : 1 day
To prevent weekend delay, we ship all orders on Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday. If you place order later after Wednesday, we will ship your order on next Monday.
Exception: We do ship out on Thursday if the shipping address is on California.
We also provide free local pick up at our business or free drop off to your home (only 5 miles radius of 95127) if you are nearby San Jose - California

❗ PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ORDER IF YOU DON'T ACCEPT ALL POLICIES BELOW:
-All fishes are guaranteed to be alive upon arrival within 2 days timeframe. We do not guaranteed if there is any further delay from carriers.
❗DOA Rules Apply: If your ordered fishes arrived dead or seriously damaged, please take "clear photos" of them in the original bag without TEARING it and send it to me within 2 hours upon arrival. WE WON'T accept DOA's or Asking for REFUND at any cases for over this period of time.
